General conditions

The 10 and 20 class subscriptions, and also the 6 and 12 month subscriptions are for the named individual and are not transferable. In special cases (e.g. extended travel, accidents, pregnancy) the subscription can be transferred to another person, after arrangement with Yogalives. Subscriptions are not refundable.

The 10 and 20 class subscriptions are valid for four months. Paid subscriptions that are not used or only partly used are no more valid after expiration date. There is no obligation for reimbursement.

In the case of illness, accident or pregnancy subcriptions can be interrupted and put on hold. The 10 class subscription as well as the 3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscription can be extended around the duration of the absence.

The illness/accident/pregnancy must be immediately communicated in writing to info@yogalives.ch and in each case a medical certificate must be submitted.

Due to holidays or compelling vocational reasons the 6 month and 12 month subscription can be extended. Such extensions must be requested in advance, in writing to info@yogalives.ch, and subsequent extensions are not possible.

6 month subscriptions can be extended from the maximum duration by 2 weeks. Each absence must amount to at least 1 week.
12 month subscriptions can be extended from the maximum duration by 2 weeks.

The provisional subscription cannot be extended or interrupted and automatically runs out after one month.

greed upon dates for private lessons are binding. If the lessons are cancelled without at least 14 hours notice, the full amount is due.

Registrations for Workshops are binding.
A refund of the course costs is valid only in the case of illness /accident /pregnancy with a medical certificate.

Changes in the schedule and the teaching staff can take place at any time and be unannounced. There is no obligation for reimbursement.
