Take a break from your busy life and dive into places in your body and mind that deserve liberation and freedom. In this Vinyasa-based class we’ll work on modern day physical deficiencies, using a variety of techniques and props to replenish your vitality.
Tanja graduated from the Yogalives 200 hours in 2013 and in 2018, from the +300 Advanced program at Yogalives, this year. She’s fluid in her class sequencing with a structured construction around it.
The class is accompanied with music and taught in English or German.
