This workshop will explore different aspects of the Asana Practice and give insight on how we function, what our obstacles are and ultimately how to create more resilience and ease.
We will start by setting the foundation, practicing our understanding of the body and some of the fundamental principles on how to build the poses.
This will be followed by the second unit, where we will be more adventurous and tackle some of the intermediate poses, getting to know ourselves when we play our edge.
The third and last part is about the creative aspect of the practice, the enjoyment of movement, with a more flow-style class supported by music.
Basic knowledge of the asana is necessary. You should be able to do a wheel with straight arms.
