Come and experience the therapeutic effect of a rejuvanating and resplenishing Yoga practice. Using self care practices such as tapping and gentle healing touch on Accupressure points, that help restore your energybody. The Yogapractices incorporate the use of restorative and energizing Postures and the use of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. 

This blissful practice will sometimes close with yoga nidra, meditation or pranayama but always in a longer  savasana meditation to encourage deep relaxation for stress-reduction and a mental vacation!
