Restorative Love | Friday, August 31st 6:30 - 9:00pm CHF 90.00
Restorative poses bring about a rest and relaxation response in our nervous system to heal deeply. Many of us are always on the go and stressed out, and because of it, experience anxiety, sleep disorders, injury, and sickness. Restorative poses bring the body into a deep sense of healing. Our nervous system calms down and our natural state of energy returns with improved sleep, inspiration, health, digestion and increased vitality. You will need an eye pillow and a desire to lay down and rest! All levels welcome!
A twisting class | Saturday, September 1st 8:30 - 11:00am CHF 90.00
Twisting is not only a great way to cleanse the body, but when done on a deeper level, it becomes a mental and spiritual cleanse energizing the whole system! We will integrate side-bending postures in this asana practice which can be extermely effective to open up the diaphragm, hips, and shoulders. By lengthening the rib cage, side-bending can increase our energy level and allow us to feel invigorated and light. We will also stabilize our core muscles first before we move into twists ringing out toxicity in our bodies and mind. The result of this type of practice is a calmer, more stable energy that creates a space for a quieting pranayama practice at the end.
