Liliane Meier - Yoga for Kids & Vinyasa Yoga

My first yoga practice began in 2003 when I was pregnant with my first daughter. Through these classes I got to know and value my strength, breath, patience and endurance, and thereby my body as a whole. Over time I internalized the interaction of the Asanas (physical exercises), Pranayama (breath), and Dhyana (meditation). This vigor, and the feeling to be able to achieve everything, to be one, to be connected, is what lead me to complete a yoga teacher as well as kid’s yoga teacher training. After various workshops, continuing course work as well as my own practice, I founded ‘Little Yoga’. There I offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops and vacation packages for children, teens, and families.

Yoga gives me strength, silence, energy, and stillness. Being able to convey to others – little ones and big ones, athletes or non-athletes – a sense of well-being for their body, their mind, and their sensibility, fulfills me and inspires me, to continue on this path.

Liliane graduated from the Yogalives 200 hours and teaches Vinyasa Flow and Yoga for Kids.
