Jivamukti Yoga

This dynamic, Ashtanga-inspired method combines philosophy, flowing vinyasa, sustained asanas and breath work, supported by uplifting music. The practice strengthens the body while expanding mental clarity and spiritual awareness. Guided by Susen, it offers a challenging and deeply mindful experience for advanced practitioners who want to deepen strength, awareness and connection.

Lunch Flow

A refreshing midday practice that helps you stretch, breathe and reset your energy. Beginner friendly and open to all levels, guided in English by Olive Ssembuze. This class blends simple asanas with grounding breath awareness so you return to your afternoon calm, steady and renewed.
