ENGLISH: This advanced yoga teacher training is for yoga teachers and yoga students who’ve already completed a 200 or 300 hour yoga teacher training certified by Yoga Alliance International. The Yogalives yoga course +300 hours is designed to advance the students teaching skills, a more holistic understanding of Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting, Teaching cues, Adjustments and Injurie prevention. 

The Yogalives +300 yoga training will be certified by YA International after successful completion of all the required contact hours. There is the possibility to book specific modules only and use the hours towards continuing education as yoga teacher with YA International.

The faculty consits of international teachers and solid knowledge of the english language is recommended.

Exploring possibilities to free yourself and therefore others in a class setting and create freedom within the structure of Yoga and the Self.

DEUTSCH: Die Yogalives fortgeschrittene Yoga Ausbildung +300 STD., ist eine Weiterbildung und Vertiefung, der Yogaausbildung 200 Std. Die facettenreichen, spannenden und fundierten Module, richten sich an Yogaübende welche bereits eine Yogaausbildung 200 Stunden abgeschlossen haben und sich als Yogalehrer**In, wie als Mensch, weiterentwickeln möchten. 

Themen dieser Ausbildung sind u.a.: Vertiefung der Unterrichtstechnik, Fortgeschrittene Asana, Pranayama, Yoganidra, Verbale Anleitung, Hilfestellungen, Anatomie, Faszien, Vorbeugung von Verletzungen und andere Themen.Die Ausbildung wird nach erfolgreichem Abschluss von Yoga Alliance International anerkannt. 

Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, einzelne Module zu buchen und diese bei YA International als Weiterbildung aufzuschalten.

Die Ausbildung wird von einem internationalen Team unterrichtet und somit sind gute Englisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil.

• 2 1/2 days (20 hours) CHF 550.00 Extern
