In this module we will explore the healing benefits of therapeutic yoga  which includes working with props, specific alignment cues and special attention to detail. Practicing in this manner can enhance the healing aspect of our nervous system known as the parasympathetic. When this is activated there is a deep healing state that is cultivated in the mind and body. We will explore unique sequences that help to heal specific areas of our bodies and you will learn how to teach to all levels and all different types of bodies.
